Terms of Service
Effective October 4, 2026
These Terms of Service describe how The Picklr pickleball clubs communicate with you by text message. They apply to text messages sent by The Picklr clubs in Texas and Wisconsin (Denton, Lewisville, McKinney, Green Bay, Menomonee Falls, and West Allis), operated by Murko Capital Corporation, a franchisee of Picklr, Inc. Use of the thepicklr.com website is also governed by the Terms of Use, and our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
SMS Terms
Program description. By checking the text-message consent box on a The Picklr form, or otherwise agreeing to receive texts from The Picklr, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from The Picklr at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include membership renewal and billing notices, reservation and program reminders, follow-ups after trials and Learn to Play sessions, event and class invitations, replies to questions you send us, and occasional offers.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to buy anything from The Picklr, to join a club, or to play.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your activity, memberships, and the communications you request.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages you send and receive, according to your plan.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no further texts from that number. You can also tell any club staff member that you no longer want texts. To start receiving texts again, check the consent box on one of our forms or ask club staff.
For help: Reply HELP to any message, or contact your local club using the contact information at thepicklr.com.
Supported carriers. Text messaging is available on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, or your text-message opt-in data and consent, with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy for details on the information we collect and how we use it.
Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed. Continuing to receive text messages from us after an update means you accept the updated terms.
